Back in May Steph and I took a travel gig in Seattle. We extended our contracts and finish up this week. Anywho someone has been pestering me to update my blog aka my mom (probably the only person who reads this thing). HI MOM! The request was to post photos from some of the hikes I’ve done since I’ve been out here. It’s a little silly to try and fit them all in but imma do my best. Quick note..Washington state is an outdoors Mecca in which I’ve barely touched the surface. I’m tempted to move back here some day. Here we go!

Burrough Mountains. I liked this hike so much I did it twice! Steph and I hiked this on a lovely camping trip earlier in the summer. Sir Charles Weidert paid me a visit in August and Mt. Rainier being one of his favorite places we had to go. Thanks for visiting Charlie :)
One of my biggest regrets is not spending more time in the North Cascades. Its a bit of a drive but so worth it. On this trip, I hiked Maple Pass and Blue Lake. I challenged myself to strictly shoot film. Loved the results and truly loved these hikes.

Finally I’ll end with my favorite hike from my time out here. I’ve had my eye on Picture Lake and Chain Lakes Loop for quite some time. The hike did not disappoint. I struck gold with a fresh dusting of snow making this hike wowee zowee beautiful.
